Who operates this website

Hexora, based in Illinois, United States, operates Hexora. This policy describes the current website checkout and download flow. Privacy practices inside the trading app require a separate review before distribution; this policy does not claim that all app data stays local.

Information used by the website

The website stores purchase identifiers, selected tier, purchase amount, a random browser identifier, payment-session reference, download-access token and expiry, and the time and policy version of checkout acceptance. The server records successful file-transfer timestamps and the package hash for delivery evidence. These records can be linked to the payment record held by Stripe.

If you contact support, Hexora receives the information you choose to provide. Hosting providers and payment services may also process network and device information such as IP addresses. The current local website server does not keep routine request logs.

Payments

Stripe hosts checkout and collects payment and transaction information under Stripe’s Privacy Policy. The website does not collect or store complete card numbers. Hexora may access payment, customer, and receipt information through its Stripe account to administer purchases and resolve issues.

Cookies and external fonts

A necessary first-party cookie associates the browser with its purchase and protected download. It lasts up to 30 days. Clearing it can prevent download access in that browser. The current site includes no advertising cookies or analytics trackers.

Fonts currently load from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser request information. See Google’s Privacy Policy. Local fallback fonts work without that request if external fonts are disabled.

Uses and sharing

Information is used to process payments, verify purchases, deliver files, handle support, prevent misuse, respond to disputes, and meet legal obligations. Hexora does not sell website purchase data or use it for targeted advertising. Data may be shared with Stripe, hosting/service providers, or authorities when necessary for these purposes.

Retention and security

Download links expire after 24 hours, but purchase and acceptance records are not automatically deleted. Hexora retains records while reasonably needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations, and should periodically review retention. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can clear your browser cookie, stop using the website, or contact Hexora to request access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to identity verification and legal retention obligations. Additional rights may apply depending on your state and applicable law. The support email must be added before public sales so requests can be received.

Children and changes

The product is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. Material changes to website data practices will be reflected in an updated policy. New integrations, email delivery, analytics, or account features require corresponding updates.
