Terms of Use & Sale

Effective October 11, 2026 · Version 2026-10-11

1. Who provides the product

Hexora provides the Hexora website and downloadable software. These terms apply to website use and purchases. The seller is based in Illinois, United States, and intends to offer the product nationwide within the United States. A customer support email must be added before public sales begin.

2. Software, not financial advice

Hexora is software, not financial advice. Hexora is not acting as your financial advisor. Do your own research and independently verify every trading decision. Profits are not guaranteed. Crypto and automated trading can lose money, including your entire trading balance.

Charts, signals, automated outputs, risk labels, and screenshots are informational software outputs. They are not recommendations to buy or sell, personalized investment advice, or promises of future performance. Historical, simulated, and paper-trading results do not predict live results. No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by using or buying the software.

3. Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a purchase agreement. You are responsible for your research, trading decisions, account permissions, wallet security, API keys, taxes, fees, and compliance with applicable laws and exchange rules. Review settings and permissions before use. Never provide wallet seed phrases or private keys to the website or payment checkout.

4. What you purchase

A paid tier purchases the specifically described downloadable software package, not an investment, trading account, managed portfolio, or guaranteed income. The displayed price is a one-time software purchase unless an offer expressly says otherwise. Third-party charges, trading capital, network fees, market-data costs, and API subscriptions are not included. Future updates, personalized support, and additional tier features are not promised unless expressly included in the offer.

The current package contains a Mac app and source files. Compatibility on every Mac has not been verified, and the bundled Python environment may need setup or rebuilding. Review the stated requirements before buying. Buyers receive a link in the purchasing browser after payment verification; the link lasts 24 hours. Keep the downloaded file. Contact support if delivery fails or access expires.

5. License

Hexora grants the buyer a nonexclusive license to use the purchased package for their own personal or internal business use. You may keep backup copies. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the package as a commercial product without written permission. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

6. Risk and availability

Software and third-party services can fail, lag, provide incorrect data, or become unavailable. Automated trades may execute unexpectedly. Slippage, liquidity, malicious tokens, exchange failures, and security incidents may cause loss. You remain responsible for monitoring use and deciding whether to enable live trading.

7. Refunds and disputes

The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Please contact support to resolve a delivery or billing issue. Nothing here prevents a lawful payment dispute or waives mandatory consumer rights.

8. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is supplied as available without a promise of profit, uninterrupted operation, or suitability for a particular trading strategy. Hexora does not accept responsibility for trading losses caused by your trading decisions or third-party services to the extent the law permits. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights concerning defective or misdescribed products.

9. Governing law and updates

Illinois law governs these terms to the extent consistent with applicable federal law and mandatory rights in your state. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these terms. The version accepted at purchase applies to that sale; later material changes do not retroactively change it.
