Digital purchases are generally final
Because the product is downloadable software delivered after verified payment, Hexora does not offer discretionary returns or refunds for change of mind after download access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
Discretionary refunds are not offered because a trading strategy loses money, market conditions change, expected profits do not occur, or a buyer decides not to use the software after delivery. No product offer guarantees profits.
Exceptions and delivery problems
This policy does not exclude remedies required by law. Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, failure to deliver, and materially defective or misdescribed products will be reviewed. Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, Hexora will provide it. Delivery issues should first be addressed by restoring access or supplying the correct file where appropriate.
Before purchasing
Read the product description and compatibility information, review the screenshots, and understand the software’s limitations. A download is software access, not a promise of financial returns. Request clarification before purchase if anything is unclear.
How to request help
Contact Hexora using the support email displayed on this website once public sales are enabled. Include your purchase date, receipt or order reference, and a description of the problem. Do not send full card details, wallet private keys, or seed phrases. The support address has not yet been configured; public sales should remain disabled until it is available.
Hexora intends to acknowledge requests within five business days. If a refund is approved, it will be submitted to the original payment method promptly, ordinarily within five business days; bank processing time may vary.
Your rights remain intact
This policy does not prohibit lawful chargebacks, reports of unauthorized payments, or rights and remedies provided by your state or federal law. A no-refund policy cannot guarantee that payment disputes will not occur.
